ONLINE RETURN POLICY

• If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 14 days of receipt. 30 days for an exchange & 90 days for faulty goods.      

• Special orders, custom jewelry and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. 

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.                             

• Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 - 7 days for your return to be processed.
